ADG Marla Barbee, from Midland North Rotary club attended the district 1040 rotary conference Oct.17-18 in the Yorkshire district on Scarborough, England. While she was there she met with with Milton Frary on the right. Milton was the team leader for England where Marla was a team member from Texas. On the left is Allen Jagger OBE. Allen is a past president of Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland. He has served Rotary as RIBI Foundation Committee chair . Allen has received the Foundation's Distinguished Service Award.
