District Governor 2018-2019

It is with great pleasure that I notify you of the decision of the nominating committee to recommend Dan Linebarger as the district Governor for 2018 - 2019. Ken Patterson reported that the decision was very hard with two excellent candidates. The committee further said they wished they could name the other candidate, Phelps Blume, as the 2019 - 2020 district governor, but the by-laws do not permit that! Congratulations to both candidates for their excellent presentations and qualifications. I hope that Phelps will apply again this coming year as did the committee.
